Torque Release Technique
“Specifically created out of random controlled trials for the purpose of increasing state of well-being and human potential.”
Dr. Daryn is Advanced Proficiency Certified in Torque Release Technique (TRT), which has been proven through research to be one of the most specific, scientific chiropractic techniques in the world. TRT is the first chiropractic technique of the new millennium and provides practice members of any age with some of the most gentle and reproducible chiropractic adjustments available.
TRT is a specialized neurological analysis that allows the doctor to detect nerve interference, which is manifested by subluxation of the spine. Once this nerve interference is found, a very specific and scientific adjustment is delivered, which releases tension and pressure, and enables the nervous system to communicate with the rest of the body more effectively from the brain all the way down the spine and throughout the entire body system. In plain terms, it encourages the body to heal and correct itself in the long term, providing improved relief and health.
TRT was designed through a scientific research study into the health benefits of chiropractic. It is a mixture of the premier systems in chiropractic assessment and care to date. Research published in one of the most respected psychiatry journals showed dramatically increased success in reducing anxiety and depression levels as well as improved measurements of well-being when TRT Chiropractic Adjustments were received.
TRT involves using the first ever FDA approved chiropractic adjusting instrument in Chiropractic, The Integrator. The Integrator is a torque and recoil release adjusting instrument, which automatically discharges when a predetermined contact pressure is reached. With chiropractic having entered its second century, this up-to-date, functional, scientific, neurologically-based model is the most advanced technique that is available today.
The Webster Technique
“The goal is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation / SI joint dysfunction facilitating neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis.”
dr. daryn is webster certified through the international chiropractic pediatric association (ICPA) and is extensively trained to care for planning, expecting and postpartum mothers. Chiropractic care in pregnancy is vital to the normal physiological function of both the mother and baby throughout pregnancy and birth. More women and birth providers are discovering the many benefits associated with chiropractic care during pregnancy and recognize this area of expertise through the Webster Certification.
Sacral subluxation may contribute to difficult labor for the mother (i.e., dystocia), caused by inadequate uterine function, pelvic contraction, and baby mal-presentation. Correction of sacral subluxation may have a positive effect on all of these causes of dystocia.
